2020 handed me my ass on a platter. Located in the Manhattan suburbs of NJ, we were totally shut down for months. I had to make the extremely difficult decision to lay-off most of my team. We scaled way back to our skeleton crew while we waited… and waited for it to be safe to be back in our clients’ homes.
